Using the service

InInvoice.App is a free document creation tool. You may use it to prepare legitimate invoices, quotes, estimates, receipts, and shipping slips for your own work or a business you are authorised to represent. Do not use it to impersonate others or create fraudulent documents.

Your documents are your responsibility

Review the business details, customer details, numbering, quantities, rates, discounts, tax treatment, totals, dates, and payment terms before sharing a document. A paid receipt records the status you select; it is not proof of a payment verified by this service.

Country settings and taxes

Country defaults are starting points. The service does not determine registration status, tax liability, eligibility for exemptions, or document compliance. You remain responsible for choosing the correct tax rates and including all required information. The app does not submit tax returns or electronic invoices to government systems.

Storage and availability

Local browser storage is a convenience, not a records management or backup service. Download and retain your own copies. The app may be unavailable or change over time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your content and third parties

You retain responsibility for, and rights to, content you enter. Use only logos and other materials you have permission to use. Third-party names in comparison articles belong to their owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Privacy and updates

Our privacy policy explains local storage, analytics choices, and country interest votes. We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
